Topa Management Company was established
over 30 years ago to develop, manage and own a portfolio of
commercial and residential properties and in 1981 began to
offer its services to other property owners. Topa Management
Company seeks to understand the property owner's objective
and establish a management plan to attain the balance
between cash flow and asset appreciation which will meet the
established objective.

headquarters are located in Century City, California. Topa has
established itself as an industry leader in the management of
